My story with Filipe is truly incredible. At 49 years old, after having undergone spinal surgery, I suffered from chronic pain for many years. I went to see Filipe when I woke up one day unable to move due to a misaligned bone in my spine. To my surprise, after just three minutes of working on my body, Filipe identified that my coccyx was out of place due to a trauma I had at the age of 7 or 8. He asked me if no one had ever pointed this out to me before. I immediately remembered that at that age, I was hit by a car. Sadly, I had spent over 40 years with an issue that no one had ever identified—so frustrating! Filipe adjusted my body, and for the first time that I can remember, I woke up without pain. This story may sound surreal, and if someone had told me about it, I don’t know if I would have believed it. But for me, it is a fact. I started seeing Dr.Filipe a year ago. I feel that I have new body now: much more flexible, with EVEN LEGS! Initially I came for my chronic back pain. I sheared that since childhood I have one leg slightly shorter and that it is the cause of lumbar pain and sciatica. I've been wearing leg lift in my right shoe for 20 years. And now I was advised to increase the lift. Dr. Filipe diagnosed me with childhood tailbone trauma that caused the shift in my spine, pelvis and hip but the legs are even. I didn't believe him but after the adjustment the legs were even. (I have to say that l've seen many different practitioners for this issue over the years). I still didn't believe and just waited for the leg go back to it's shorter version. But even legs were confirmed by a new X-ray! n very grateruito Dr. Filipe. Filipe is amazing! My 11 years old son suddenly got a lot of pain in his both feet after playing basketball and couldn’t even stand up for 4 days. After seeing may paediatricians and an orthopaedic in 2 major hospitals, they said it was an inflammation in his feet sole caused by a sudden overuse and only things we could do were resting, some gentle stretch and icing for a few days.
