Skeletal Muscles Problems

Osteopathy is widely recognized for its effectiveness in treating musculoskeletal problems. In this case, the therapeutic approach focuses on the musculoskeletal system and its fundamental role in the health and functioning of the body, since this system represents a large part of our body.

Below are some areas where osteopathy is related to the treatment of musculoskeletal problems:
Pain relief: Here, I use manual techniques to release muscle tension, reduce inflammation and improve blood circulation, relieving pain and discomfort;

Improved mobility:
Through joint manipulations and mobilization techniques, we increase joint mobility, restoring normal movement to joints that may have limited movement;

Correction of postural imbalances:
In this case, I assess the patient's posture and treat muscle, joint or inflammatory pain and discuss strategies to improve the posture that caused these problems;

Injury recovery:
Action in these cases is useful in the recovery of muscle and joint injuries, helping to accelerate the healing process and the return to normal function;

Preventing future problems:
In addition to treating existing problems, I help prevent future musculoskeletal problems by promoting proper posture, muscle mobility and balance.

Some examples of musculoskeletal problems I have had the opportunity to treat include back pain, stiff neck, tendonitis, neuritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, herniated disc, brachial plexus syndrome.

Taking care of the musculoskeletal system is investing in our health and well-being, as this sustains vitality and quality of life in every movement of our lives.
